56 Thomas Street

A 6-story residential condominium in the heart of TriBeCa, 56 Thomas Street was the first development downtown to feature custom European kitchens, bathrooms with mosaic tiles and specially designed passage doors. Special attention was paid to the lighting system, with light coves, halogen down lights and track lighting throughout the finished lofts. Sanba also built a small penthouse addition with a terrace, connected to the floor below.
